Founded in 1995 by Mr. S. G. Prabhakharan, XS Real is a leading real estate development company in India with over 26 years of experience is residential real estate segment.

Pioneer in innovative concepts such as Bungalow Apartments, Project Specific Thematic Architecture and Customer Specific Customization. Developer of apartments that provide the privacy of an independent home together with security and amenities of a residential complex.

XS Real has completed and delivered ~ 4 Mil SFT ( ~3K units ) and 3 Mil SFT under Development
Building upon the legacy that Mr. S. G. Prabhakaran and XS Real Team built over the last 27 years, SGP’s only son, Mr. Prajnesh Gunneswaran, was poised to take over the XS Real business. With still going strong as India’s Top seeded Tennis player, Prajnesh decided to continue to focus on the game, and invited Alamo Group to acquire the well-established XS Real and grow as Alamo XS Real Group, both in Indian domestic market, and in various international growth markets including United States.

This acquisition is very strategic for Alamo group to fast track our vision of creating landmark developments across high growth ecomies such as India and other fast growing Asian markets.

Our Immediate vision is to build and develop 10 Million SFT of residential development across various primary, secondary, and tertiary growth markets in all major metros across Pan India.
